The goals for this project were straightforward: update the kitchen, improve the connection between the kitchen, dining and living spaces and update the two main floor bathrooms. Since zoning did not allow for new area to be added, walls were opened up and the circulation was reconfigured to create a more open plan. Luxury finishes and appliances elevate the more public kitchen space.
